About the Author:

Advisor to executives across the country and overseas, Gerald T. Hannah, Ph.D. holds a doctorate in behavioral psychology and puts it to work on behalf of others. From his base in Atlanta as head of a global consulting firm, Dr. Hannah provides executive coaching, leadership development, high-performing team guidance, and succession management planning. A frequent broadcast guest, he is a public speaker, author, and guest lecturer at colleges and universities. In the U.S. and abroad he works with leaders of corporations, non-profits, and counsels presidents and senior officers in higher education. Besides heading The Gerald Hannah Group, Dr. Hannah also serves as a senior consultant to Casagrande Consulting and The Hay Group. He and his wife, Kay, live in Atlanta, Georgia.
