ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Avis Schmul is a native of Canton, China, where she was raised. She later taught for three years in the Near East and now resides in California with her husband, Bruce.
Ms. Schmul holds a bachelor of arts degree from Wellesley and a master of arts degree from McCormick Theological Seminary. She currently works as an educator and has been active in the La Canada Folk Dance Group and in the Fellowship Club of Pasadena Presbyterian Church.
Ms. Schmul is also the author of Decorating the Christmas Tree.
