by Mattie Freeman Stephens
The author poetically speaks of the Holy, humble birth of Jesus, his everlasting impact on the world, and his desire to dwell within the heart of every child. All of us, young and old, are gently reminded that Christmas is much more than receiving a gift or toy from Santa. It is the birthday of Jesus, who is God’s gift to every girl and boy. Thus, it is the love of Jesus that brings us true joy on Christmas. The CHRISTmas Gift is entertaining, enlightening, and inspirational. It provides a viable resource for the parent or teacher to incorporate as a significant part of a child’s experience in the celebration of Christmas.
