Wright has culled a vast amount of knowledge from his own experience and also from the works of psycho sociologists such as Erik Erikson and Talcot Parsons to outline a complete approach to self-actualization. Mr. Wright outlines various steps that will help you examine yourself honestly from varied perspectives.
