ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Krassimira Popova, a native of Bulgaria, works as a personnel assistant with the United Nations Oberver Mission in the Republic of Georgia. She attended college both in Bulgaria and the United States, receiving a bachelor of science degree from Pacific Western University in Los Angeles, California.
Mrs. Popova is married and is the mother of two. In addition to caring for her family, she enjoys the arts – music, painting, literature, theatre, opera, and sports, particularly soccer and basketball.
