Practical thoughts are offered for how to make the most of something we all valuetime. Touching on the deeper things in life as well, such as being considerate to others and showing the special people in your life how much you love them, the ideas in this collection are genuine, profound, and conveyed with conviction.

About the Author

Christina Ingraham is a native of Suffolk County, New York, where she works as a sign language interpreter for Easter Suffolk Boces. She received a three-year degree in sign language and deaf studies from Suffolk Community College. Christina has always been the type of person who wrote down ideas that popped into her head and recorded advice she heard. As her notes piled up, she decided to compile them together into this book so that others would benefit from her advice.

In addition to writing, Christina enjoys photography, fashion, designing, inventing, and traveling. She is an active contributor and donor to the Salvation Army, the Police Athletic League and the Sloan Kelteran Cancer Society. Christina and her husband, Winton, have seven children.
