Mr. Martins educational background includes technical studies in radar repair, an associate degree in the social sciences, and a bachelors degree in government and journalism. He has experience in a variety of fields, ranging from electronics and engineering to labor management, advertising, and auto sales. He has also served as a youth football and baseball coach.
